Holder: DoJ is run by activists and I’m proud of it

Recently we reported how the number two Democrat in the US House of Representatives, Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-Ma), views the responsibility of the President of the United States — as having the ability to implement laws based on his beliefs.

Now anyone who has taken a basic civics course knows it is the sworn duty of the president to faithfully execute the laws of the United States — not just the ones he likes or selectively enforce bits and pieces of others.

So if we have a president who doesn’t feel he must uphold the law, then what about the individual charged as our top law enforcement officer, the U.S. Attorney General? Take a wild guess.

Well, based on an interview Eric Holder conducted with Juan Williams for The Hill and reported by the Washington Examiner: Houston, we have a problem.

Remember when AG Holder very early on accused America of being a “nation of cowards” regarding race in this country? He offered this insight about his duty as Attorney General.

“If you want to call me an activist attorney general, I will proudly accept that label. Any attorney general who is not an activist is not doing his or her job. The responsibility of the attorney general is to change things [and] bring us closer to the ideals expressed in our founding documents.”

We already have a problem with a slew of activist judges in our court system and now we have an Attorney General who fully admits that justice is not blind — justice according to Holder is based on his vision. Remember when he declined to pursue the New Black Panther voter intimidation case? It seems that Holder, whom I voted to hold in contempt while serving in Congress, just validated my vote.

As the Examiner reports, “Holder’s remarks were made in reference to critics who question the Justice Department’s ongoing review of “policies [with] disproportionate impact on communities of color.”

I suppose that would explain why Holder brought a lawsuit against the State of Louisiana for its school choice program? Or maybe why he, in conjunction with Education Secretary Arne Duncan, announced they would legally prosecute any school district that did not allow illegal immigrant children to enroll – as we reported here — and now we have illegal immigrant children showing up for school this month!

The great thing about these progressive socialists is they tell you exactly who they are and what they think — with complete and abject disregard for the rule of law because it is their nature to they believe they are above reproach.

Here are Holder’s words: “There are still [racial] issues we as a society are working our way through, and the lack of desire to do that, I think, undermines the ability that I think is inherent in the American people to make progress. But it also does not prepare us for demographic changes, the likes of which this country has never seen…The justice system is part of the larger society and to the extent there are racial issues we are still grappling with, it is not a shock that you are going to see them in the justice system. … [There is] a whole range of ways the justice system, if it is run properly, can make this country the country it wants to be.”

So, I interpret Holder’s statement as a belief that the US Department of Justice exists to enable a system of legalized social justice — as perceived by the progressive socialist ideological agenda. And in doing so, Holder feels it is his duty to redo the laws of this Republic to suit that purpose — and as he says, “prepare us for demographic changes.”

Ladies and gents, what have we done in America? What have we allowed to take root? People call me the extremist, but Holder is an extremist who can determine the applicability of the law. As Attorney General he would not appoint an independent investigator for the IRS scandal and lied about his involvement in Operation Fast and Furious — which resulted in the death of a U.S. border patrol But he found time to send an investigative team to Nebraska to look into a parade float.

The rule of law in America is under attack from this administration. What if a Republican attorney general had stated these words? The difference is simple; constitutional conservatives stand for the rule of law and justice. Progressive socialists don’t even believe American is a sovereign nation, let along a nation of laws. They believe they are the ambassadors of change — a change inconsistent with our fundamental principles and values. They wholeheartedly embrace fundamental transformation.

And the best way to bring that about is with a progressive socialist in the White House and one heading up the Department of Justice. This should be one of the top stories in the news media cycle — oops, forgot, they embrace progressive socialism’s perversion of The Law as well.

And as for critics who say the Justice Department is now run by activists, Holder says “I’d say I agree with you 1,000 percent and [I am] proud of it.”

Assmaggot Obama actually makes Carter and Clinton look like decent men (almost) in comparison. Carter may have been an incompetent, arrogant micromanager and Clinton may have been a glorified used-car salesman but I at least got the feeling they were trying to do things for the good of the country. This POS we have now is doing everything he can to destroy all the things that make this country great, while exploiting all the perks of the job on the taxpayers’ dime.

the picture of Eric Holder is further proof that the hippies and radicals of the sixties are now running our country and running it into the ground. Eric Holder is a disgrace, he’s a dimwit radical who turns his back to the Constitution.
the two top men in law enforcementare accurately proving themselves to be public enemy number one in public enemy number 2.
It has long been thought by me that the Republicans are in the same boat as the Democrats this article proves that he Democrats will tell you the unpopular truth about themselves and the Republicans just lie about it!

Why is NO ONE discussing the United Nations Agenda for the 21st century? Why is no one speaking about George Soros’s Open Border policy- this is the end game. If you read UN Agenda 21 sustainable development (all of it) you will see this is the start of something that happened in Rio at the world summit. It was signed onto by Bush #1 but Clinton added teeth which we are in this nightmare today. Why is no one speaking about that.

Yeah I get that. The Repubs better start gorilla fighting in the trenches of campaigns or they’ll never get in control again. Sometimes you have to roll up your shelves and get messy to get the job done. Always fighting in a straight line is one of the things that cost the Brits the war against the Colonists.

What infuriates me the most is that Congress confirmed him. IF only the GOP wasn’t democrat ‘light’, if Conservatives dominated it’s leadership we might be able to PROSECUTE this entire administration for their illegal and unconstitutional acts! But nooo, the GOP doesn’t even bear a nodding acquaintance with conservatism.

This isn’t the only “change” this tyrannical administration has in mind. Some in his administration, are out right Chicago thugs, some are extreme progressives (communist) and some are also Muslims with ties to Muslim Brotherhood. With Satan’s help, this administration will destroy this country and bring it to it’s knees to better implement a One World Order!

If you step back and look past the stupid rhetoric and crazy hero worship that surrounds the Republican Insiders’ Reagan myth, you’ll realize that he was anything but a conservative (based upon the most factual definition of the political belief) and — like most people who count themselves as conservatives nowadays — he is more appropriately identified as a neoconservative.

    conservative…
disposed to preserve existing conditions, institutions, etc., or to restore traditional ones, and to limit change.

Reagan was a serial tax raiser. As governor of California, Reagan “signed into law the largest tax increase in the history of any state up till then.” Meanwhile, state spending nearly doubled. As president, Reagan “raised taxes in seven of his eight years in office,” including four times in just two years.
    ***
Reagan nearly tripled the federal budget deficit. During the Reagan years, the debt increased to nearly $3 trillion, “roughly three times as much as the first 80 years of the century had done altogether.” Reagan enacted a major tax cut his first year in office and government revenue dropped off precipitously. Despite the conservative myth that tax cuts somehow increase revenue, the government went deeper into debt and Reagan had to raise taxes just a year after he enacted his tax cut
    ***
Reagan gave amnesty to 3 million undocumented immigrants. Reagan signed into law a bill that made any immigrant who had entered the country before 1982 eligible for amnesty. The bill was sold as a crackdown, but its tough sanctions on employers who hired undocumented immigrants were removed before final passage. The bill helped 3 million people and millions more family members gain American residency.

It has since become a source of major embarrassment for conservatives.

This image of Reagan as a conservative superhero is myth, created to unite the various factions of the right behind a common leader. In reality, Reagan was no conservative ideologue or flawless commander-in-chief. Reagan regularly strayed from conservative dogma — he raised taxes eleven times as president while tripling the deficit — and he often ended up on the wrong side of history, like when he vetoed an Anti-Apartheid bill.
