Al Gore And The Church Of The Global Warmists

May 15, 2014 by

Following a winter which sent the mercury further south than Senator Bob Menendez’s next “guy’s weekend,” I assumed that Al Gore’s inconvenient hoax didn’t survive the season. Nonetheless, the high priest of the Cult of Global Warming has crawled out from under the record snows to deliver an all-new diatribe about not only the coming climate disaster, but those villains who are responsible. According to the man who pocketed half a BILLION dollars by selling his failed cable netlet to some of the biggest oil barons of them all, “…the future of civilization is at stake,” and failure to act against so-called “global warming” is “immoral, unethical and despicable.”

I could take this moment to remind you that so-called “global warming” rests precariously on a spindle-thin tower of “evidence” which barely qualifies as anecdotal. I could remind you that in order to steady their scientific molehill, the warmists have to deliberately ignore mountains of evidence which directly contradict their dogma. I could point out the fact that the warmists have supplicated themselves at the altar of a deity which averages a name change per decade to reflect changing weather conditions which it failed to accurately predict. I could note the almost ludicrous hubris displayed by people who actually believe that our magnificent blue marble could be knocked out of its 4.4 billion year-old dance by a creature that has existed for less than 1/100 of 1 percent of it. I could remind you of the University of East Anglia’s infamous “Climategate” scandal, in which some of the chief missionaries of global warmism were caught contorting their “data” like they were auditioning for “Cirque Du Soleil’s” new show “CO2.”

I could, but I don’t need to. The wintry weather we actually witnessed has opened a credibility gap wide enough to swallow up even Senator Harry Reid’s bizarre “Koch brothers” mantra. By the way, Reid recently took to the Senate floor to blame global warming on the Koch brothers; meaning he not only ascribes virtually godlike powers to them, he’s a member of a completely different sect of global warmism than Gore and his minions, who believe global warming is caused by SUVs and incandescent lightbulbs.

I could also examine how so-called “green” energy policies are so economically ruinous, even if the warmists did manage to win a few battles in their war on science and sanity, the victories would mean billion-dollar boondoggles like Solyndra; which cost less than the First Lady’s shopping budget; and don’t hang around long enough to make a difference. Plus, the warmists’ wars on coal and oil, if successful, would turn the decidedly blue “rust belt” blood-red once the residents figured out that the warmists’ victories require by definition the loss of their livelihoods.

I’d even consider a wager that not even the 50 million illegal aliens who will all be voting citizens by next weekend or so will mark “si” on ballots where the question is “Do you support “green” policies, even though they serve no real purpose other than to make you nostalgic for the days of picking strawberries outside Mexicali?” Say what you want about the millions of illegal aliens who have exploited the political elite’s love of cheap labor and cheaper votes to sneak into the U.S.; they’re not much for sitting around.

I could do all of that; but I don’t need to. Instead, I’ll just say this: the high priest of the Church of Global Warmism is Al Gore. Gore boards private jets to traipse across the planet, stays in the finest resorts, allegedly molests the finest masseuses, speaks to the elite of the elite, leaves a bigger carbon pawprint than Godzilla did on downtown Tokyo, then retires behind the security fences at his 12,000 square-foot Malibu mansion and slumbers to the sounds of the ocean outside his door; all without missing a wink of sleep.

The global warmists intend to fundamentally alter human society at the behest of a man who actually thinks he alone has a special insight into the inner workings of the universe. The People’s Temple worked the same way. Some free advice to the global warmists: if Gore offers you Kool-Aid, decline.

Look up Global Warming Petition Project. Over 31,000 real scientists, (not the 300 government funded scientists that Al says he has) have signed the petition saying that climate change caused by humans is a hoax!. Also read Brian Sussman’s book, “Climatgate”.

Question about those cheap Chinese solar panels: Isn’t it likely that they were built in China because union labor priced them right out of North America? As for the oil: Why is it that those “evil” companies make 3 cents per gallon at the gas pump and our government – that the left insists will save us from this abuse – gets about 60 cents per gallon? That doesn’t begin to show Big Brother’s total windfall, which includes government fees paid by the refineries and road taxes extorted from the distribution companies. Crazy! The administration leftists gin up hatred of Exxon for making 3 cents per gallon while they themselves PRODUCE NOTHING and make 30 times that amount!? Aren’t we chasing the wrong bad guy?

Here’s an interesting …. ‘alternative?’ …..

A Chilling Appraisal
of Climate Change

What if the earth is actually cooling?

If so, the global heating hoax PROMOTERS ARE even
more deluded than usual, as Perth author DAVID ARCHIBALD lays
out in his new and deeply disturbing book.

I have just put down a book readers of this website
are sure to take to heart — Twilight of Abundance by
David Archibald, a fellow Quadrant contributor and
currently Visiting Fellow at the Institute of World Politics in
Washington, D.C. The book arrived in the mail, sent to me by the author, so I
did the dutiful thing and read the first page, and then I did the
self-indulgent thing and read it through as fast as time would allow over the
next two days — and with such enormous pleasure that the only fault I might
mention is how short it is. (I know, two days for a short book, but I’m a slow
reader at the best of times.)

You could say Archibald’s book is about climate change,
and it is, and you could say it’s about resource depletion, and it is that as
well, and you could also say it’s about the breakdown of international order
and it is about that too. But really, what it does is take everything I already
believe about the problems the West must face and put them together into a
tapestry of such pessimistic realism that it is hard not to be drawn in. But
having read the book, the most astonishing thing is that now, when I find
myself in the company of greens and leftists preaching the end of civilization
as we know it, I can now so out-do anything bleak prospect they offer and leave
them in the dismal, cooling shade. They talk of fifty year and the rising of
the seas etc, etc. But their scenarios have nothing to compare with global
cooling’s horrors if anything like the kind of picture Archibald paints comes
to pass.

And while the book may be overly pessimistic about the
challenges we face – and I emphasize that it may only be
overly pessimistic because it might actually be the best set of forecasts
available anywhere – there is nothing in it that struck me as seriously over
the top. What the book does is outline the kinds of trends he sees, starting
with the effects that will flow from a cooling of the global temperature just
as we are running out of the abundant fossil fuels we have taken for granted
for the past two hundred years.

The book reminds me just how viciously stupid have been
the left’s attempts to gag debate on global warming. Had the only evidence
available supported the warmists’ cause, there might have been something worth
continuing to discuss. Instead, with the abrupt end to the warming phase
between fifteen and twenty years ago (depending on whose charts and numbers you
prefer), and which has followed the solar cycle in the exact way temperatures
have always done, we should actually be looking at the effects that may follow
if a solar minimum is about to recur, as it did during the Little Ice Age which
ended not all that long ago. Suppose the Thames were to begin freezing over
again, as it last did in 1802, how will we get on in a world of such cold and
reduced growing seasons? Try that out in conversation the next time some
propaganda-programmed dimwit brings up climate change.

Global warming is climate change for idiots. A cooling
climate may be the real thing and the possibility should be treated with the
utmost seriousness. The subtitle, “Why Life in the 21st Century Will Be Nasty, Brutish
and Short’’, is exactly what the book explains. It’s a book with a message we
should all be thinking about, and not just here in Australia but across the
world. PROFESSOR STEVE KATES —- (Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology).

Do you see Al Gore flying coach, riding a bicycle, walking everywhere? No, he flies in a private jet, rides in a heavy-duty SUV right up to the door (which I heard he leaves the engine running for the AC) of everywhere he goes.  So, until I see him doing what I stated there is no; global warming, climate change, climate collapse (or whatever they call it now).  You are being ruled by loons and psychopaths. I know these terms sound like a joke, but it really is on you!

One super volcano dumps more toxic gasses into the air in an instant than the whole of humanity and wow the planet survives and recovers given time. some of them wipe out 98% of all life on the planet in a matter of months.

Humans have 100 years of accurate temperature data, ONE HUNDRED years. that is a blink of a eye in time long term trends of whatever are all wild speculation. The same 100 years of data told these mind that in the 70s we would all be under miles of ice by 2000 what happened to all that?

The same people scream global warming then its global climate change, then its faked temperature data and etc. they keep moving the goal posts because shocking the weather changes its been changing for millions upon millions of years getting much warmer and much colder in cycles and we still do not know fully why.

Amatures claiming to be experts, you want proof go check the local weather forecasts and see how often they are wrong and you mean to tell me you guys know what the hell is going on at all? nope you cant you do not have the data you do not have the knowledge and you you are selling what the globalists want you to sell it all in the name of control.

The following quotes are all from leaders of the environmental movement…the same wack-job mentality that is currently writing environmental policies in the Obama-administration.

These quotes make one thing very clear; environmentalists hate human beings above all else and would like nothing more than the human race become extinct; excluding themselves, of course.

“Restoring biodiversity will require removal of existing dams.”
-From Saving Nature’s Legacy by Reed Noss and Allen Cooperrider

“No matter if the science is all phony, there [are] collateral environmental benefits…climate change [provides] the greatest chance to bring about justice and equality in the world.” -Christine Stewart, Canadian Environment Minister, Calgary Herald, December 14, 1998

“If present trends continue, the world will be about four degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990, but eleven degrees colder by the year 2000….This is about twice what it would take to put us in an ice age.” -Kenneth E. F. Watt on air pollution and global cooling, Earth Day 1970

“In ten years all important animal life in the sea will be extinct. Large areas of coastline will have to be evacuated because of the stench of dead fish.”
-Paul Ehrlich, Earth Day 1970

“The right to have children should be a marketable commodity, bought and traded by individuals but absolutely limited by the state.” -Kenneth Boulding, originator of the “Spaceship Earth” concept (as quoted by William Tucker in Progress and Privilege, 1982)

“We have wished, we ecofreaks, for a disaster or for a social change to come and bomb us into Stone Age, where we might live like Indians in our valley, with our localism, our appropriate technology, our gardens, our homemade religion — guilt-free at last!” -Stewart Brand writing in the Whole Earth Catalogue

“I suspect that eradicating small pox was wrong. It played an important part in balancing ecosystems.” -John Davis, editor of Earth First! Journal

“Human beings, as a species, have no more value than slugs.” -John Davis

“We advocate biodiversity for biodiversity’s sake. It may take our extinction to set things straight” -David Foreman, Earth First! and The Wildlands Project

“Human happiness, and certainly human fecundity, is not as important as a wild and healthy planets…Some of us can only hope for the right virus to come along.” -David Graber, biologist, National Park Service

“The collective needs of non-human species must take precedence over the needs and desires of humans.” -Dr. Reed F. Noss, The Wildlands Project

[Cannibalism is a] “radical but realistic solution to the problem of overpopulation.” Lyall Watson, The Financial Times, 15 July 1995

“We, in the green movement, aspire to a cultural model in which killing a forest will be considered more contemptible and more criminal than the sale of 6-year-old children to Asian brothels.” -Carl Amery

“To feed a starving child is to exacerbate the world population problem.” -Lamont Cole

“If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels.” -Prince Philip (Duke of Edinburgh, leader of The World Wildlife Fund” and father of Prince Charles)

“I got the impression that instead of going out to shoot birds, I should go out and shoot the kids who shoot birds.” -Paul Watson (founder of Greenpeace)

“The world has cancer, and that cancer is man.” -Merton Lambert, (former spokesman for the Rockefeller Foundation)

“A Total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.” -Ted Turner (media mogul and United Nations advocate).

“Childbearing should be a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license. …All potential parents should be required to use contraceptive chemicals, the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing.” -David Brower (first executive director of the Sierra Club; founder of Friends of the Earth; and founder of the Earth Island Institute).

“Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?” -VulpineMac, our in-house shill..

Actually, the above quote is attributed to Maurice Strong, but VulpineMac has expressed the same sentiment in every one of his posts thus far.

How about this one.

“Until we fully understand what turned two brothers who allegedly
perpetrated the Boston Marathon bombings into murderers, it is hard to make any policy recommendation other than this: We need to redouble our efforts to make America stronger and healthier so it remains a vibrant counterexample to whatever bigoted ideology may have gripped these young men….And the best place to start is with a carbon tax.”

— New York Times columnist
Thomas Friedman, April 21.

  • Someone needs to take EGore back to his PADDED CELL…His Global Warming..Climate Change HOAX has been determined to be a FAKE…so that he and all the rest of the WACHO ENVIRO Crowd could become Millionaires and Billionaires!

Plants convert CO2 to oxygen and carbon through photosynthesis. Using sunlight, the plant converts the CO2 to carbohydrates, or simple sugars, and the byproduct oxygen. Carbohydrates are made combining the carbon and water. Just as humans get energy from carbohydrates, the plants do the same.

Since it is rain that cleans the atmosphere below the clouds, how can the atmosphere above the clouds be cleaned? Most planes fly above the clouds. The answer is the winds above the clouds. Atmospheric winds, or circulation, is a large scale movement of air that distributes thermal energy on the earth surface. It also carries the pollution from China and India to the rest of the world. In a large scale nuclear conflagration, we would also receive the radiation.

You need to study your cloud formations again. Cloud tops, especially during storms, go above where even our highest-flying planes can go. However, I’d also like to note that those planes themselves have a tendency to generate clouds by sucking in airborne ice crystals, heating them and then pushing them out again–causing the vapor trails with which we are all familiar.

With each passing day global warming proves to be less “settled science” and more wild speculation. We now know this hoax is more about taking the money and freedom of the citizenry than anything else. If Mr. Gore actually believed his global warming message he would be leading the way by reducing his own carbon footprint.

The best way to tell whether a person believes what they say is how they act. Mr. Gore and President Obama have shown by their unending desire to create CO2 that they don’t actually believe this. It is all about taking our freedom and money.

OK before he moved to California here is what Al Gore was doing to lower his carbon footprint. “The average household in America consumes 10,656 kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year, according to the Department of Energy. In 2006, Gore devoured nearly 221,000 kWh—more than 20 times the national average.”…

One Response to Al Gore And The Church Of The Global Warmists

If global warming was real, private solutions would be the way to go. It isn’t real. The Navier stokes equations describe fluid flow with changes in temperature and density. they are nonlinear, chaotic with sensitive dependence on initial conditions. Because of that, no finite set of past data on states is sufficient to predict distant future states. If you claim to predict distant future states from a finite set of data (michael Mann) then you are incompetent or a fraud. This has been known since the 1963 paper “Deterministic Nonperiodic Flow” by Edward Lorenz.

So I’ve noticed. One cannot even TRY to enter a rational, calm discussion with this bunch without them going off the deep end. Seems to me that this is the only course available to them, as they seem incapable of winning an argument with logical/critical thinking. Such a thing seems foreign to them.

‘Course, the other side of that coin is, as you have so succinctly pointed out, how CAN one win an argument with logic and critical thought when one is arguing a lie in the first place?

    Don Meaker 44nhj45HF

Facts are conservative, because conservatives are convinced by facts. Liberals are convinced by ideology, and don’t have the patience to gather facts.
